1. Shipping

At Aurika Wellness, we offer free shipping on all orders with an order value of ₹550 and above.

We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company / Speed Post or on account of any factors that are not in our control.

We shall strive to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.

In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons beyond the control of Aurika Wellness — including but not limited to poor courier services in the delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, or force majeure events — we shall keep you informed of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by a complete refund.

2. Cancellations

All cancellations will be done after a 10% deduction as transactional fees.

For cancellations post dispatch, kindly refuse the order when the delivery attempt is made. Once our delivery partner updates the shipment status as “RTO (Return to Origin) initiated”, we will cancel your order and initiate the refund.

Refunds will reflect in the same account from which payment was made within 5 to 7 business days.

3. Returns Policy

Aurika Wellness offers a replacement guarantee for all products ordered online. Products will be replaced only in case of a manufacturing defect or damage due to transportation.

If you are eligible for a replacement, you may notify us within 24 hours of delivery of your order.

Before confirming an exchange, we would require proof of a defect in the form of photos and videos of the package and its contents, including the shipping label on the box and the invoice slip inside the box.

In case the product you have returned is out of stock, we will help you with a refund. Refunds will reflect in the same account from which payment was made within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Currency & Transactions

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

5. Processing Orders

Our business hours are 10 am to 6 pm IST, Monday to Friday. If you need to contact us outside our business hours, please email us at customercare@aurikawellness.co.in and we will respond as soon as possible.

6. Currently We Ship To

We currently ship across India only. International shipping is coming soon.
